This is a fine hike on a well maintained trail through the forest with views of the Cedar River watershed, Mount Si, Mount Washington, Rattlesnake Lake, and Chester Morse Lake. Right when you arrive in the parking lot, you’ll have a view of Rattlesnake Ledge’s share rock face from across Rattlesnake Lake. If you want a hike that doesn’t take up all day, this is definitely the hike for you!

Snoqualmie Falls

The gorgeous park at Snoqualmie Falls boasts scenic walking trails and the magnificent Snoqualmie Falls. The falls is around 100 yards from the parking lot which has a gift stand, an espresso stand, and bathrooms. Also, there are around 40,000 daily visitors to the Snoqualmie Falls, but there is a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Enjoy walking over the historic bridge to get to the falls and take in the breathtaking views of the Falls.

Northwest Railway Museum

If you have kids, they will love to come here every time. Even when the museum is closed they will enjoy running around the train cars that are parked outside. The train rides are also a blast as well. This museum displays the history of the beautiful old town. You can create a fun day going to both the Snoqualmie Falls and the Northwest Railway Museum.

Day Out With Thomas

Fun activity for your children with a nice ride on the Thomas train. Park at the snoqualmie elementary school and take the shuttle which is free. Plan on arriving 30-45 minutes before your train time since you wait to board the train. The ride is nice and you are able to see antique trains, a 120 year old turbine wheel, and a giant tree trunk. Tickets are $26, but it is well worth it if you kid enjoys Thomas.

Cascade Golf Course

This is a great place for beginner golfers and the course is a quick drive down i90. The course is 9 holes and you are able to rent carts and clubs on site. If golf is a hobby of yours, you’ll enjoy the slower pace of this course and the ability to learn the game without being rushed. It’s a great place to play 9 hole if you do not have time for a full 18. The prices are affordable and there is an excellent cafe on the property as well.

Snoqualmie Falls Candy Shoppe

Located in downtown Snoqualmie, the shop fits with the old timey feeling of main street. The shop has some incredible waffle cones for delicious ice cream. Furthermore, there is an abundance of salt water taffy , old-school candy along with new options. There’s plenty of seating inside and there is a couple of old-school arcade game  at the end of the shop. Also, don’t forget that there is a soda fountain and more candy than you could ever imagine. This is one of the places that you definitively need to visit when in North Bend or Snoqualmie.

Adventure Bowling Center

Here is an older bowling alley where you can keep the score yourself, but it is still in good shape considering its age. Everyone who works here is very friendly and accommodating, but unlike many other alleys, the variety of bowling ball size and weight is excellent. You will look forward to coming back to Adventure Bowling Center after you finished your games.

Bybee Farms

Bybee Farms is a charming outdoor day of fun just waiting to be picked! This vast two mile property is filled with blueberries that anyone of any age will enjoy picking and eating. Because the location is so close to the beautiful Mount Si, sights of mountain goats are not uncommon as visitors munch through 6 different types of blueberries.

Wallaby Ranch

When thinking of Washington, wallabies probably aren’t the first thing that comes to mind. But in Fall City, they are there and open for guests to view and adore in this 10 acre wallaby paradise. Kids will love interacting and learning about these adorable gentle creatures! They also provide educational tours and programs (private and public) and take great pride in presenting it in an entertaining way. 

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

This Chocolate Factory is the perfect place after a day of adventure on nearby trails and hikes. The location is right by the highway and there is a huge selection of delicious chocolate along with various types of fudge. Also, the ice cream here is top notch and honestly you will enjoy it as much as the available chocolate. Furthermore, its at the Premium Outlet Mall and it is a great place to take a break from shopping.

Remlinger Farms

Play and Discover all the Rides at the Festivals

Remlinger Farms started out as a small family run farm and fruit stand and slowly emerged into the family fun park, market, and company picnic site. This family friendly establishment often has seasonal events like the Country Fair Park that features over 25 rides and attractions, Fall Harvest Pumpkin Festivals, and Toddler Weekdays.

Scott's Dairy Freeze

Scott’s Dairy Freeze is a burger joint located in North Bend that is renown for its burgers and fries. At Scott’s there is ample seating outside and a fairly large menu of drive-in favorites: burgers, fries, chicken strips, shakes, cones, malts, and dipping dots. The building was built in 1951 and the opening-day photos are still on the inside walls.

The service is very fast and has ample parking for people eating there. The burgers are flavorful and he vanilla swirls in cones are delicious. This is the perfect place to stop in for a comforting drive-in meal on any day. While you are up in North Bend, you definitely want to grab a bite here.

This is a great place to stop and have brunch while looking over at the Snoqualmie Falls. You are able to eat at the restaurant after you walked around and explored the falls. The service is great and the waiters will answer any questions that you might have. There gift shop if filled with delicacies and merchandise of the falls. Moreover, the staff has a cabin like feel and the staff is very friendly. The spa is quiet, relaxing, and very nice after it was remodeld.
